True Source Certified: Local Washington Honey
Know Where Your Honey Comes From
When it comes to honey, the stakes are especially high. Despite its reputation for natural purity, honey ranks as the third most adulterated food in the world, surpassed only by olive oil and milk. GloryBee True Source Certification ensures honey is ethically and legally sourced. It tracks honey from hive to jar through third-party audits, helping prevent illegal adulteration. When you purchase True Source honey authenticity and traceability aren’t just marketing buzz—they’re essential commitments you can trust.
Raw honey is honey in its most natural state, lightly warmed (never above 115°F) to allow bottling but otherwise untouched. RAW honey retains trace amounts of pollen, enzymes, minerals, and antioxidants that are often filtered out in more processed products. This matters because those “extras” aren’t just buzzwords.
Pollen helps verify the floral and geographic origin. Enzymes like glucose oxidase contribute to honey’s antibacterial properties, and antioxidants add real functional value, flavor and health benefits.

Texture and Taste that makes a difference
Churned and spun directly by the beekeepers in their honey house, this proprietary process results in a truly unique texture and a 100% pure honey that is silky, creamy and like nothing you’ve ever tasted.
Ideal atop biscuits, spread on your morning toast, or eaten straight by the spoonful.
